This page contains all legal agreements, policies, and participant responsibilities for papneja.com and the Papneja Method program. By accessing this website or enrolling in any program, course, or service offered by Papneja Method, you agree to the terms set out here.

The Papneja Method is operated by Papneja Capital Inc., a Canadian corporation, doing business as Papneja Method. All references to “we,” “us,” “the Method,” or “Papneja Method” refer to Papneja Capital Inc. All references to “you” or “participant” refer to anyone accessing this website or enrolled in any program or service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or enroll in any program. These terms apply to all online and in-person services, programs, courses, and events offered under the Papneja Method name.

Program Terms

WHAT THE PROGRAM IS

The Papneja Method is a structured training program for developing direct contact with Consciousness and the Sound Current through arousal settling, attention refinement, and applied practice. The program is delivered in two formats: the Papneja Method: Online Immersion — a twenty-one day guided immersion with thirty-five days of access — and the Papneja Method: Live Entrainment in person with Abhishek Papneja. Both formats deliver the complete method.

Nature of this program

What you are entering is not a course in the conventional sense.

The traditional path to Sound Current initiation required years of lifestyle preparation, regular satsang attendance, and extended physical proximity to a living teacher — all before initiation was even considered. There was no guarantee of reception even then.

What this program delivers is the simultaneous introduction of all three elements — instrument stabilization, consciousness awareness, and Sound Current invitation — from the first day. This is a deliberate departure from sequential teaching. The risk of sequential learning is that habits form in the absence of the current. Those habits become obstacles.

You will receive the invitation immediately. Whether you hear it depends on your baseline readiness, your consistency, and your sincerity — not on this program withholding anything from you.

The stabilization process is not a shortcut. It is a compression. The work is real. The commitment is yours.

The Online Immersion is structured as a twenty-one day guided immersion. The complete foundational framework is delivered on Day One. The following twenty days are devoted to implementation, observation, and deepening practice across three progressions: Week One and Week Two for stabilization and preparation of the instrument; Week Three for Contact, Refinement, and Sound Current practice. Access to the program is open for thirty-five days from enrollment. The twenty-one day immersion is the structure. The thirty-five day window is the container.

For those who complete the program and find themselves still at the threshold — still reaching but not yet receiving — know that this is not the end of the path. It is an indication of where the work now lives.

Physical proximity to someone who has mastered their own instrument carries a stabilizing influence that cannot be fully replicated at a distance. The Online Immersion prepares the instrument. The Live Entrainment deepens the contact. Private calibration sessions with Abhishek Papneja are also available to sincere practitioners who require that level of direct contact. These are booked separately.

This is not a sales offer. It is an acknowledgment of how transmission has always worked.

WHAT THE PROGRAM IS NOT

The Papneja Method is not a medical treatment, therapeutic service, psychological counselling, or substitute for professional medical or mental health care. It is not affiliated with any religious institution, lineage, or tradition. Participation does not create a therapist-patient, physician-patient, or guru-disciple relationship. Abhishek Papneja, M.D. is not practicing medicine through the Papneja Method.

NO GUARANTEE OF SPECIFIC OUTCOMES

Spiritual and perceptual experiences are inherently subjective. Individual results vary based on consistency of practice, personal history, attentional stabilization, and individual readiness. We make no guarantees of specific spiritual outcomes, experiences, or benefits.

YOUR COMMITMENT

Enrollment in the Papneja Method represents a genuine commitment to the practice. You agree to engage honestly with the program material and apply the practice with consistent daily effort. The results you receive are directly proportional to the commitment you bring.

All purchases are non-transferable. What is given cannot be returned.

Fellowship & Sacred Contract

THE PAPNEJA FELLOWSHIP

The Papneja Fellowship is an initiated community of sincere practitioners who have crossed the threshold of the Papneja Method and chosen to continue the work together. Membership in the Fellowship is by invitation and is distinct from enrollment in any program or course. Fellowship membership does not constitute a separate purchase, subscription, or contractual service. It is a voluntary covenant between the practitioner and the work.

The Fellowship operates under its own internal structure, guidelines, and community standards. Participation in Fellowship activities — including gatherings, events, cohort sessions, and any other community offerings — is subject to these Terms in addition to any Fellowship-specific agreements in place at the time of participation.

Papneja Capital Inc. retains all intellectual property associated with the Fellowship, including its name, structure, teachings, and community materials. Fellowship membership does not grant any ownership interest, licensing rights, or claim over any Fellowship content or materials.

THE SACRED CONTRACT

The Sacred Contract is a foundational document of the Papneja Method. It sets out the practitioner’s commitments to the work — not as legal obligations, but as an honest acknowledgment of what is being entered. Participants are asked to review the Sacred Contract before entering the deeper program formats.

By completing a purchase you confirm you have read the Sacred Contract and understand its nature. The Sacred Contract is not a legally binding contract in the conventional sense. It is a practitioner’s personal covenant with the work. It does not modify, replace, or supersede any of the legal terms set out on this page.

Health & Safety Disclosure

Health & Assumption of Risk

Participation in any offering provided through papneja.com or Papneja Capital Inc. is subject to the Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any offering, you acknowledge that:

• participation is voluntary;
• contemplative practices involve inherent physical, psychological, emotional, and experiential risks;
• no medical, psychological, or healthcare services are being provided;
• you are solely responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you.

You agree to review the full Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk policy before participating in any offering.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

Before participating, you are responsible for determining whether this practice is appropriate for your physical and psychological condition.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or other conditions that may be affected by breath regulation, sustained stillness, or light physical practice
• Current or recent psychiatric conditions including psychosis, bipolar disorder, dissociative disorders, or severe depressive episodes
• History of seizures, fainting, or loss of consciousness
• Chronic pain conditions, spinal injuries, mobility limitations, or musculoskeletal conditions
• Pregnancy
• Use of medications that may affect perception, consciousness, balance, attention, or physiological response
• Any other condition you believe may affect your safe participation

You are responsible for monitoring your own condition throughout participation and for pausing, modifying, or discontinuing practice where appropriate.

Failure to disclose or appropriately consider relevant health conditions releases Papneja Method and Papneja Capital Inc. from liability for adverse effects arising from participation.

CONSULT YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any program that includes breath regulation, yoga-based preparation, or sustained attention training — especially if you have any of the conditions listed above. Papneja Method does not provide medical advice. Nothing in this program should be interpreted as medical advice or treatment. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of anything you encounter in this program.

If you have read the Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk page, consulted your physician, and still have a specific concern about your participation that requires direct input from Abhishek Papneja, contact him at [email protected] before purchasing.

If you experience any of the following during practice, stop immediately and seek medical attention:

Chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, seizure activity, severe disorientation, persistent dissociation, or any other symptom you believe requires medical attention.

If you experience unexpected or concerning reactions to the practice, email Abhishek Papneja at [email protected] so you can be advised to pause, modify, or discontinue participation where appropriate.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for monitoring your own physical and mental condition throughout the program. You agree to modify or discontinue any practice that causes discomfort, pain, distress, or adverse effects. Papneja Method is not liable for adverse effects arising from failure to modify or discontinue practices when symptoms arise.

In-Person Events & Sessions

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

Attendance at any in-person session, workshop, gathering, or event hosted by Papneja Method is entirely voluntary. By attending you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the activities involved and voluntarily choose to participate.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK — IN-PERSON

In-person participation may involve physical practices including yoga postures, breathing exercises, kriyas, and sustained seated or movement-based meditation. Physical activities carry inherent risk of injury. By attending any in-person event you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including risk of physical injury, muscle strain, falls, or adverse physiological responses to breath work or physical practice.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY — IN-PERSON

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Papneja Method, Papneja Capital Inc., Abhishek Papneja, and any associated staff, volunteers, or venue operators from any and all claims arising from your participation in any in-person event, including but not limited to claims for physical injury, property damage, or adverse health effects.

You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Abhishek Papneja or any authorized instructor during in-person events. If you are unsure about any practice or instruction, ask for clarification before proceeding. You agree to immediately communicate any discomfort, pain, or adverse symptoms to the instructor.

ONGOING HEALTH DISCLOSURE FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS

All health disclosure requirements in the Health & Safety section above apply fully to in-person events. You are additionally responsible for informing the instructor of any acute conditions — illness, injury, fatigue, medication changes — that have arisen since your original health disclosure, on or before the day of the event.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY — IN-PERSON EVENTS

Live Entrainment events are non-refundable once purchased. Attendance is limited, preparation is made in advance, and all sales are final. No cancellations, no credits, no transfers.

Pricing for live events varies by location and local currency. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you pay. Currency conversion is handled at checkout. No adjustments are made after purchase for currency fluctuation.

If exceptional circumstances arise, contact Abhishek Papneja directly at [email protected]. All decisions are at Abhishek Papneja’s sole discretion and are made in good faith based on the circumstances of each situation.

Calibration Sessions

WHAT A PRIVATE CALIBRATION SESSION IS Private calibration sessions are educational and contemplative in nature, focused on attention, consciousness, perception, and internal refinement within the Papneja Method. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or healthcare services. Participation does not create a physician-patient relationship.

FORMAT Sessions are conducted remotely via video call with Abhishek Papneja. Duration is 20 minutes. Sessions are booked and paid in advance at the published rate.

NO REFUNDS All sales are final. No cancellations. No rescheduling. The session fee is forfeited if the appointment is not attended.

RECORDING Sessions are not recorded by default. If you wish to record your session you must obtain prior written consent from Abhishek Papneja before the session begins.

Intellectual Property

OWNERSHIP

All content on papneja.com and within the Papneja Method program — including video material, written teachings, transmissions, essays, audio recordings, session recordings, course structure, methodology, and the Papneja Method name and mark — is protected by copyright. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or share any program content in any form without explicit written permission from Abhishek Papneja
• Teach, instruct, or facilitate others using the methods, techniques, or content of the Papneja Method without written authorization
• Create derivative works based on Papneja Method content
• Use the Papneja Method name, mark, or branding in any context implying affiliation or endorsement without written consent
• Record any live session, call, or event without prior written consent. This applies to audio, video, screen recording, and any other form of capture.

LIMITED PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Upon enrollment you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the program materials for your own individual practice. This license does not grant any right to distribute, share, sublicense, or use the materials for any commercial or instructional purpose.

Refund Policy

The refund policy reflects the nature of the work — what is transmitted cannot be returned, and what is given is given completely.

The Papneja Method: Online Immersion

The Papneja Method is educational and contemplative in nature and is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or healthcare services. Because access to the program, teachings, and proprietary educational materials is granted immediately upon enrollment, all sales are final and refunds are not available. All purchases are non-transferable. Participation constitutes acceptance of the Sacred Contract, Participation Terms, and Health & Safety Guidelines.

The Papneja Method: Live Entrainment

Non-refundable — you are entering the room, the transmission is real, and it does not unhappen. All sales are final at the time of purchase. If exceptional circumstances arise, contact Abhishek Papneja directly at [email protected]. All decisions are at Abhishek Papneja’s sole discretion.

PRIVATE CALIBRATION SESSIONS

All sales are final. No cancellations. No rescheduling. The session fee is forfeited if the appointment is not attended.

CHECKOUT NOTICE

By completing this purchase, I confirm I have read and agree to the Sacred Contract, the Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk, and the Terms & Policies. I voluntarily assume all risk and release Abhishek Papneja, the Papneja Method, and Papneja Capital Inc. from all liability. All disputes are resolved individually under Ontario law. No class action may be brought against the Released Parties.

This path requires an absolute commitment to the process and a lifetime of practice. Results depend on your instrument’s readiness, consistency of practice, and sincerity of commitment. No specific outcome, including Sound Current reception, is guaranteed.

The Papneja Method is not a medical treatment, therapy, or substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Both online and in-person formats include light physical elements as part of the instrument preparation. ALL REFUND REQUESTS

Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider without first contacting Abhishek Papneja at [email protected] are considered a breach of this agreement and may result in termination of access to program materials and recovery through appropriate channels.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

ASSUMPTION OF RISK — ALL FORMATS

By purchasing any product or service from papneja.com or Papneja Capital Inc., you voluntarily assume all risk of physical injury, psychological discomfort, emotional activation, psychological, physiological, or emotional response or adverse experience arising from participation in any program, course, event, or activity. This assumption applies regardless of price paid.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY — ALL FORMATS

You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Abhishek Papneja, the Papneja Method, and Papneja Capital Inc. (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, or expenses of any nature — including claims arising from physical injury, psychological distress, financial loss, or dissatisfaction with outcomes — whether caused by negligence or otherwise, arising from or in connection with your participation in any program, event, or activity offered through papneja.com. This release applies to you and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION

All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against the Released Parties in any forum.

HEALTH & SAFETY PAGE

The full Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk statement at papneja.com/health-and-safety is incorporated by reference into these Terms and constitutes a binding part of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The program and website are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Papneja Method and Papneja Capital Inc. make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the program, website, or any associated services.

LIABILITY CAP

The total liability of Papneja Capital Inc. and Abhishek Papneja for any claim arising from the program or website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for enrollment in the 12 months preceding the claim.

NO INDIRECT DAMAGES

Under no circumstances shall Papneja Method or Papneja Capital Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or participation in the program.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Papneja Capital Inc., Abhishek Papneja, and any associated staff from and against any claims, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your breach of these terms, your use of the website, or your participation in any program or event.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms or your participation in the program shall first be submitted to binding arbitration in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, conducted in English, before a single arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. If arbitration fails or a party does not comply with an arbitral award, the parties submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in appropriate circumstances.

WHAT WE COLLECT
