Over the past ninety days, you have had the opportunity to learn the Papneja Method, put it into practice, meditate in a live environment, and bring the questions that arose through your own experience.

For those who value that shared practice environment, the Guided Practice Community continues beyond the training. Remain connected to the live sessions, continue meditating with Abhishek and fellow practitioners, and bring new questions as your practice develops.

The method remains yours. The community gives you a place to continue practicing it together.

The annual membership is for the Guided Practice Community. Your original Papneja Method curriculum access concludes with the ninety-day training period; the community membership continues the live practice environment for the following year.

No — this membership continues the Guided Practice Community only. It doesn’t restart the ninety-day Papneja Method training or restore curriculum access that has expired; it’s simply an ongoing way to stay in the practice environment.

No. These are group practice and meditation sessions — practicing together with Abhishek and fellow members of the community, rather than private coaching or one-on-one correction.

Not every individual question can be addressed directly. Abhishek groups related questions by theme and addresses what’s most useful for the group as a whole — so your question may come up alongside others exploring the same thing.

At least weekly during your active membership. Additional sessions may occasionally be offered at Abhishek’s discretion.

This is an annual membership. Renewal terms will be confirmed at checkout.

For graduates who valued the live practice environment during their ninety-day training and would like to continue practicing with Abhishek and the community. You may continue attending live meditation and practice sessions, submit questions as your practice develops, and remain connected to fellow practitioners undertaking the same work.
