The Sound Current is an inner vibrational presence — perceived as light or sound within consciousness. It is always present. It is the vibrational foundation of consciousness itself. The part of you that is always whole, always at rest, always home.
Most people never contact it — not because they are unworthy, but because no one taught them how to prepare. The instrument must be stabilized. Attention must be refined. Only then does the inward turn become possible.

Three vows. Not rules. Architecture.
The vows are not a performance of discipline. They are the conditions under which the instrument remains available to receive what the practice is offering. Each one addresses a specific mechanism of interference. Without them, preparation is incomplete — not because of doctrine, but because of physics.
I. Lacto-vegetarian diet.
The quality of what the body processes directly affects the quality of what the mind can hold. A lacto-vegetarian diet pulls energy upward — toward awareness, toward subtlety, toward receptivity. It keeps internal readiness available. The instrument is not separate from what sustains it.
II. No stimulants or depressants.
Caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, and other substances alter autonomic arousal, attentional stability, and internal reactivity. Both stimulants and depressants remove the practitioner from their natural baseline — the only state from which genuine contact is possible. The goal is a mind under its own governance.
III. Before every significant decision — one question.
Not every decision requires deliberation. But before the significant ones — pause. Ask: Will what I am about to do take me away from being able to connect to myself? This is not self-denial. It is self-governance. The mind that governs itself is the mind that can receive.

Online Immersion
Structured training for direct contact with Consciousness and the Sound Current. Eight architectural immersion modules, precisely sequenced to stabilize attention, refine perception, and prepare the instrument for direct experience.
This is not content to consume and return to. It is a system to enter completely. The mechanics are exact. The sequence is non-negotiable. The transmission is real.
Access is intentionally bounded to thirty-five days — time enough to move through the full sequence and consolidate the practice. The system is designed to be entered completely, not sampled indefinitely.
No retreat. No travel. No dependency. The practice becomes yours in your space.

What follows the immersion is not a return to the life you had before. It is a life now oriented differently. The practice becomes daily. The vows become natural. The contact deepens — not because of what you do, but because the instrument has been prepared and continues to be maintained.
There is no substitute for self-connection. No amount of good deeds, no religious practice performed externally, no love given or received from the outside fills what only the Sound Current can fill. You must sit. You must practice. You must connect. That is the responsibility this lifetime carries.
After online immersion
Live Entrainment is not a repeat.
It is a deepening.
Practitioners who have completed the Online Immersion are encouraged to enter the Live Entrainment for direct proximity, repeated sequence work, attentional entrainment, and deeper calibration. The Online Immersion is the recommended preparation — not a requirement.
The method remains the same.
