In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning with God.
All things were made by him;
and without him was not any thing made
that was made.
In him was life;
and the life was the light of men.
And the Word was made flesh,
and dwelt among us.
The Greek word translated as “Word” is Logos.
The Logos is the Sound Current.
It was there before everything. It is here now. It will remain when everything else has fallen away.
That Word is the Sound Current. It was there before you were born. It is there now. It will be there when everything else has fallen away. It does not require your belief. It does not require your worthiness. It requires only that the instrument be still enough to perceive it.
That is the entire practice. That is the entire purpose. Stabilize the instrument. Refine the attention. Make contact. And when contact is made — merge. There is nothing beyond this. There is nothing more important than this.
This week — sit down. Give more time to the Sound Current itself. Not to the understanding of it. Not to the reading about it. To it. The answers you are looking for are not in a book, not in a conversation, not in a video. They are in the current. The mind settles when it finds something more powerful than its own noise. The Sound Current is that thing. Let it do its work.
