What This Is

Yoga was always a preparation. This is what it was preparing you for.

Most people practise yoga for the body. Some practise it for the mind. Very few have experienced what yoga in its original meaning actually points toward — direct contact with Consciousness through a prepared nervous system.

The Inner Experience is a 90-minute guided session that takes the physical practice one step further than it has likely gone before. Not more flexibility. Not more calm. Something underneath both of those.

You leave having felt something real. What you do with that is up to you.

Before You Come

Dr. Papneja on what actually happens in the session — in his own words.

What Happens In The Session

01

Stabilize

The nervous system settles through the physical practice. The instrument made ready — not by force, but by preparation.

02

Refine

Attention turned inward. Precision over effort. The mind finds its object through attraction — the way yoga always intended.

03

Contact

A first direct encounter with what is always present beneath the physical. Not described. Experienced.

About The Architect

Dr. Abhishek Papneja
M.D.

I was eleven when I first encountered this knowledge. Twenty-two when I was initiated to the Sound Current. And when 2015 came — my career gone, my marriage over, five herniated discs, at one point I could not walk — I also could not stop. The mind would not let me rest. Ordinary things would trigger it. A conversation. A memory. A moment of quiet. What followed was not grief — it was the kind of fixation that doesn’t release no matter how much you understand it. Panic attacks. Intrusive thoughts at 3am. The sensation of being permanently trapped inside what had happened.

Sixteen years on this path and I could not get out from under my own mind.

I tried everything I already knew. The yoga. The Sound Current practice I had carried since my twenties. None of it reached the place where the damage actually lived. I could manage the surface. I could not touch the source.

Eleven days. A jackhammer outside the window. And everything made sense.

Not because I found something new. Because I finally understood what had to happen first — how to prepare the instrument so that Consciousness could actually enter. The mental impressions that had been playing on a loop for years began to clear. Not through understanding them. Not through processing them. Through contact with something deeper than the mind that was running them.

Three steps, precisely sequenced: Stabilize. Refine. Contact.

The anxiety didn’t go away because I worked on it. It went away because something more powerful than the anxiety finally had room to arrive.

The Inner Experience is where I take everything I found in those eleven days and give you the first hour of it. Come and feel whether it’s real.
