The One Day Intensive gives you everything you need to begin. The 12 Week Cohort gives you everything that comes after beginning.

This is not a repetition of the One Day. It starts from where you left off. Additional curriculum. Additional technologies not taught in the intensive. Progressive learning — one concept at a time, practiced and solidified before the next is introduced. Live cohort sessions with Dr. Papneja. Direct answers to your specific practice questions.

This is for the practitioner who has done the work, felt something, and knows they are not done.

Stabilize — deeper The stabilization work continues at a level not accessible in a single day. The nervous system requires time and repetition. The cohort gives both.

Refine — deeper The refinement technologies expand. What was introduced in the intensive becomes precise. The attention learns to hold what it found.

Contact — sustained Contact in one day is possible. Sustaining it is a different practice. The cohort is that practice, with direct guidance at every stage.

Prerequisites: Completion of the One Day Intensive — online or live — is required before applying. You must have practiced the method for a minimum period after completion before being admitted. This is not a rule. It is a protection. Someone who arrives without the foundation cannot receive what is being given here.

Admission: A brief call with Dr. Papneja is required before your seat is confirmed. This is not an interview. It is a confirmation — that the foundation is in place and the readiness is genuine. The call is the beginning of the work.

Cohort size: Twenty seats maximum. This is a firm limit. The intimacy of the cohort is not incidental — it is structural. Above twenty the transmission changes. The cap protects everyone in the room.

Refund policy: Non-refundable. Your seat is held from the moment of payment. Someone else was turned away for it. The commitment begins at payment, not at the first session.
