The Papneja Method is operated by Papneja Capital Inc., a Canadian corporation, doing business as Papneja Method. All references to “we,” “us,” “the Method,” or “Papneja Method” refer to Papneja Capital Inc. All references to “you” or “participant” refer to anyone accessing this website or enrolled in any program or service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or enroll in any program. These terms apply to all online and in-person services, programs, courses, and events offered under the Papneja Method name.

Program Terms

WHAT THE PROGRAM IS

The Papneja Method is a structured training program for developing direct contact with Consciousness and the Sound Current through nervous system stabilization, attention refinement, and applied practice. The program is delivered online and includes video course material, individual calibration sessions with Dr. Papneja, and a live Sound Current invitation session.

WHAT THE PROGRAM IS NOT

The Papneja Method is not a medical treatment, therapeutic service, psychological counselling, or substitute for professional medical or mental health care. It is not affiliated with any religious institution, lineage, or tradition. Participation does not create a therapist-patient, physician-patient, or guru-disciple relationship.

NO GUARANTEE OF SPECIFIC OUTCOMES

Spiritual and perceptual experiences are inherently subjective. Individual results vary based on consistency of practice, personal history, nervous system condition, and individual readiness. We make no guarantees of specific spiritual outcomes, experiences, or benefits. The satisfaction guarantee in the Refund Policy section applies to program delivery, not to specific inner experiences.

YOUR COMMITMENT

Enrollment in the Papneja Method represents a genuine commitment to the practice. You agree to engage honestly with the program material, attend your scheduled calibration sessions, and apply the practice with consistent daily effort. The results you receive are directly proportional to the commitment you bring.

Accepting the Sound Current invitation is the point of full commitment. Prior to that point a refund is available under the terms set out in the Refund Policy section. After accepting the Sound Current invitation the commitment is considered complete and refunds are available only upon completion of the full program and at Dr. Papneja’s sole discretion.

Health & Safety Disclosure

REQUIRED HEALTH DISCLOSURE

Before beginning the program you are required to disclose any physical or mental health conditions that may affect your ability to participate safely. This includes but is not limited to:

• Cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, or any condition affecting the nervous system
• Current or recent psychiatric diagnosis including psychosis, bipolar disorder, severe depression, or dissociative disorders
• History of seizures, fainting, or loss of consciousness
• Chronic pain conditions, spinal injuries, or musculoskeletal conditions that may be affected by breath work or physical practice
• Current pregnancy
• Any medication that affects the nervous system, consciousness, or perception
• Any other condition you believe may be relevant to your safe participation

Failure to disclose relevant health conditions releases Papneja Method from liability for any adverse effects that arise as a result of that non-disclosure.

CONSULT YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any program that includes breath work, nervous system regulation practices, or sustained attention training — especially if you have any of the conditions listed above. Papneja Method does not provide medical advice. Nothing in this program should be interpreted as medical advice or treatment. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of anything you encounter in this program.

If you experience any of the following during practice, stop immediately and seek medical attention:

Chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, seizure activity, severe disorientation, persistent dissociation, or any other symptom you believe requires medical attention.

Contact Dr. Papneja directly if you experience unexpected or concerning reactions to the practice so your approach can be appropriately calibrated.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for monitoring your own physical and mental condition throughout the program. You agree to modify or discontinue any practice that causes discomfort, pain, distress, or adverse effects. Papneja Method is not liable for adverse effects arising from failure to modify or discontinue practices when symptoms arise.

In-Person Events & Sessions

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

Attendance at any in-person session, workshop, gathering, or event hosted by Papneja Method is entirely voluntary. By attending you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the activities involved and voluntarily choose to participate.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

In-person participation may involve physical practices including yoga postures, breathing exercises, kriyas, and sustained seated or movement-based meditation. Physical activities carry inherent risk of injury. By attending any in-person event you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including risk of physical injury, muscle strain, falls, or adverse physiological responses to breath work or physical practice.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY — IN-PERSON

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Papneja Method, Papneja Capital Inc., Dr. Abhishek Papneja, and any associated staff, volunteers, or venue operators from any and all claims arising from your participation in any in-person event, including but not limited to claims for physical injury, property damage, or adverse health effects.

You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Dr. Papneja or any authorized instructor during in-person events. If you are unsure about any practice or instruction, ask for clarification before proceeding. You agree to immediately communicate any discomfort, pain, or adverse symptoms to the instructor.

ONGOING HEALTH DISCLOSURE FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS

All health disclosure requirements in Section 03 apply fully to in-person events. You are additionally responsible for informing the instructor of any acute conditions — illness, injury, fatigue, medication changes — that have arisen since your original health disclosure, on or before the day of the event.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY — IN-PERSON EVENTS

In-person events involve real costs — venue arrangements, preparation, scheduling, and Dr. Papneja’s committed time. The following policy applies to all in-person sessions, workshops, and gatherings:

• Cancellation 48 hours or more before the event — full refund minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf, such as venue deposits or materials. Where no such costs exist, a full refund is issued.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of the event — no cash refund. A continuance credit equal to the value of the unused portion of the service will be issued at Dr. Papneja’s discretion and may be applied toward a future session or event.
• No-show or cancellation after the event has begun — no refund. A continuance credit may be offered at Dr. Papneja’s sole discretion based on circumstances.
• Partial attendance — where a participant attends part of a multi-session event and is unable to continue, a partial refund or continuance credit proportionate to the unconsumed portion may be issued at Dr. Papneja’s discretion after deducting any costs already committed on behalf of the participant.

A continuance credit is not a cash refund. It represents the value of the unused service held for application toward a future Papneja Method event or session. Continuance credits are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of issuance.

To request a cancellation, refund, or continuance credit, contact Dr. Papneja directly at drpapneja@papneja.com as soon as possible. All decisions regarding partial refunds and continuance credits are at Dr. Papneja’s sole discretion and are made in good faith based on the circumstances of each situation.

Intellectual Property

OWNERSHIP

All content on papneja.com and within the Papneja Method program — including video material, written teachings, transmissions, essays, audio recordings, session recordings, course structure, methodology, and the Papneja Method name and mark — is the exclusive intellectual property of Papneja Capital Inc. and Dr. Abhishek Papneja. All rights reserved.

WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or share any program content in any form without explicit written permission from Dr. Papneja
• Teach, instruct, or facilitate others using the methods, techniques, or content of the Papneja Method without written authorization
• Create derivative works based on Papneja Method content
• Record any live session, call, or event without prior written consent
• Use the Papneja Method name, mark, or branding in any context implying affiliation or endorsement without written consent

LIMITED PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Upon enrollment you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the program materials for your own individual practice. This license does not grant any right to distribute, share, sublicense, or use the materials for any commercial or instructional purpose.

Refund Policy

We stand fully behind the method. The refund policy is designed to protect students who engage honestly with the program and to honour the commitment both parties are making.

BEFORE THE SOUND CURRENT INVITATION

It is strongly recommended that you book your first calibration session as soon as possible after enrolling and complete Module 1 before that session. If after your first calibration session you wish to request a refund, contact Dr. Papneja directly. A full refund will be issued. One conversation. No complicated process.

AFTER THE SOUND CURRENT INVITATION

Accepting the Sound Current invitation is the point of full commitment. After this point the enrollment is non-refundable except at Dr. Papneja’s sole discretion upon completion of the full program. If you have completed the full program with consistent daily effort and the method has not delivered results, contact Dr. Papneja directly. Full refund. One conversation.

Refund requests must be made directly to Dr. Papneja at drpapneja@papneja.com.

Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider without first contacting Dr. Papneja are considered a breach of this agreement and may result in termination of access to program materials and recovery through appropriate channels.

CHECKOUT GUARANTEE LANGUAGE

The following language appears at checkout and on receipts. It is consistent with and subject to the full refund policy above:

REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

• Where the practice has not been applied with consistent daily effort
• Where the refund request is made more than 90 days after program completion
• Where the request cites outcomes unrelated to the program’s stated purpose
• Where the participant has violated the intellectual property terms of this agreement

Limitation of Liability

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The program and website are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Papneja Method and Papneja Capital Inc. make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the program, website, or any associated services.

LIABILITY CAP

The total liability of Papneja Capital Inc. and Dr. Abhishek Papneja for any claim arising from the program or website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for enrollment in the 12 months preceding the claim.

NO INDIRECT DAMAGES

Under no circumstances shall Papneja Method or Papneja Capital Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or participation in the program.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Papneja Capital Inc., Dr. Abhishek Papneja, and any associated staff from and against any claims, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your breach of these terms, your use of the website, or your participation in any program or event.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms or your participation in the program shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in appropriate circumstances.

WHAT WE COLLECT

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

This website uses third party services including payment processors, scheduling software, and website analytics. These services operate under their own privacy policies. We use reputable providers and require them to handle your data in accordance with applicable law.
