week 1
First Calibration and Sound Current Initiation
Your first session with Dr. Papneja. He calibrates exactly where your practice is. Then guides you through your first Sound Current invitation directly. This is the central experience the entire method prepares you for.
week 2-11
Weekly Calibration — Practice and Correction
One session per week. Daily practice between sessions. Dr. Papneja identifies exactly where your practice is breaking down and corrects it directly. The practice deepens systematically week by week.
week 12
Final Calibration — The Practice Is Yours
The 12-week program completes. You leave with a practice that is fully independent, fully yours, and fully functional. The sessions end. The practice — and the contact — does not.
